Tibetan Freedom

Tibet has always served as a great inspiration for my artwork. I have been aware of the political turmoil in Tibet for many years. It is sad to see a culture with so much great art, culture, and heritage being repressed. His Holiness the Dalai Lama can't even return to his homeland and lives in Darmasala, India. As an artist it is important in my eyes to help in what way I can to preserve this great culture.

Last year I was asked to take part in a skateboard art show called Untitledshow.com. The skateboard I painted has a Tibetan Snow Lion from the 15th century as the main graphic. This skateboard also inspired a tshirt. Part of the proceeds from the sale of the tshirt goes to Students for a Free Tibet.
